DEMOCRITOS – DEveloping the MObility CRedits Integrated platform enabling Travellers to improve urban transport Sustainability

This EU-funded project focused on exploring the possibility to introduce transferable transport permits in order to achieve GHG emissions objectives.

The project introduced the “Mobility Credits Model” as a transport specific platform enabling travellers, mobility providers, technology providers and transport planners to understand the implications of climate policy.

The project investigated 4 case studies: Genoa, Stuttgart, Lisboa and Craiova.
